Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing & Innovation-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n### Product Manager 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Herausforderungen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Sortiments inkl. Performance, Lifecycle, Optimierungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung oder Bereinigung des Sortiments
  • Begleitung von Neuprodukten von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Koordination von Produkteinführungen und Relaunches in Abstimmung mit Marketing und Verkauf
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Produktkonzepten, Argumentarien, Spezifikationen und Preisstrukturen
  • Verantwortung für Produktdaten, Content und konsistente Darstellung über alle relevanten Kanäle
  • Sicherstellung einer klaren und einheitlichen Markenpräsenz in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmittel, Marketing oder Kommunikation (FH, HF oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder digitalen Marketing (idealerweise FMCG / B2B2C)
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Produkten über den gesamten Lifecycle
  • Affinität zu Social Media, E-Commerce und digitalen Tools
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Kreativität
  • Kommunikationsstark, digital affin, mit Flair für Märkte, Trends und Konsumentenbedürfnisse
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit ERP-, CMS- oder Shop-Systemen von Vorteil
