Als Senior Produktmanager Technik unterstützt du den Bereich Spezialsysteme zur Sonderbrandmeldung in Zollikofen BE. Wir gehören zu den führenden Anbietern von Brandmeldesystemen in Europa und sind im SBS\-Bereich weltweit stark positioniert. Du trägst massgeblich zum Markterfolg bei und gestaltest den agilen Produktbereitstellungsprozess aktiv mit. Senior Produktmanager Technik 80\-100 % (m/w/d) Was du bewirkst Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkollegen das agile Requirements Engineering (SAFe) im Wertstrom Sonderbrandmeldesysteme (SBS). Du überführst komplexe Markt\- und Kundenanforderungen sowie zukunftsweisende Technologien in strukturierte Spezifikationen und damit in marktfähige Produkte. Du priorisierst Features und Anforderungen und entwickelst die Produktvision gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern kontinuierlich weiter. Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit agilen Entwicklungsteams an verschiedenen Standorten zusammen. Du stellst die Benutzbarkeit, Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Produkte sicher. Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Produktbereitstellung und \-validierung sowie zur Gestaltung unserer Systemlandschaft, bestehend aus Hardware, Firmware, Software, Cloud\-Diensten und Zubehör. Was du mitbringst Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH/HF) in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Systemtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit und schaffst damit die ideale Basis. Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der agilen Produktbereitstellung, z.B. in der Rolle Produktmanager, Product Owner, Entwickler oder Systemarchitekt. Branchenerfahrung in der Brand\- und/oder Sonderbrandmeldetechnik ist ein Plus. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (Projektsprache überwiegend Englisch). Du überzeugst mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu strukturieren und dadurch die Komplexität zu reduzieren. Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Gesamtzusammenhänge. Als echter Teamplayer begegnest du deinen Kollegen stets auf Augenhöhe.
