Im Bereich Produktmanagement Vorsorge gestalten wir die Zukunft der Vorsorge mit einem klaren Fokus auf erstklassige Kundenerlebnisse und effiziente Prozesse. Der Fokus liegt auf der persönlichen und digitalen Beratung von Privatkunden sowie Unternehmen. Mit unseren innovativen Produkten und Dienstleistungen unterstützen wir die Vertriebseinheiten und treiben die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln und Weiterentwickeln von Beratungsdienstleistungen zu den Themen Alters- und Risikovorsorge, Nachlass- und Steuerberatung, Berufliche Vorsorge und Unternehmensnachfolge 
  • Proaktives Vorantreiben und Begleiten von IT-Projekten im Rahmen der Vorsorge
  • Aktives Life-Cycle-Management sowie Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs des relevanten Produktportfolios (Reportings, Vertriebssupport, kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung, Ausbildungsmassnahmen, etc.)
  • Erstellen von Analysen und Ausarbeiten von Lösungen sowie deren Präsentation vor Fach- und Führungsgremien 
  • Wahrnehmen einer Koordinationsfunktion und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen (Vertriebseinheiten, Fachstellen, IT, Legal uvm.)

Dein Profil

  • Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich 
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, Kenntnisse im Vorsorgegeschäft von Vorteil
  • Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, überzeugende Auftrittskompetenz mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Affinität für IT-Systeme und Digitalisierung sowie Interesse an innovativen Technologien 
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative 
  • Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache
