Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung von Projekt-, Programm- und Managementleitungen bei organisatorischen, administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbearbeitung von Workshops, Sitzungen, PI-Plannings und weiteren Programm-Zeremonien
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Berichten und Management-Reportings
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Projekt- und Programmreportings sowie Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Massnahmen und Pendenzen
  • Unterstützung im Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- und Terminmanagement sowie bei Governance- und Change-Prozessen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Projektinformationen, Dokumentationen und Kollaborationsplattformen wie SharePoint, Confluence und Jira
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Informations- und Kommunikationsflusses zwischen Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen und Management
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Vorlagen, Checklisten und projektbezogenen Auswertungen

 

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als PMO, Projektassistenz oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Projekt- oder Programmmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Projekten, Gremien und Stakeholdern in komplexen Organisationen
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Word
  • Erfahrung mit Kollaborations- und Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Confluence und SharePoint
  • Verständnis von Projektmanagement-, Governance- und Reporting-Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch
  • Einwandfreier Leumund ist zwingend
