In dieser strategischen Schlüsselrolle prägen Sie den gesamten Lebenszyklus hochkomplexer Flugabwehrsysteme - von der Angebotsphase bis zum laufenden Einsatz. Sie suchen eine internationale, eigenverantwortliche Herausforderung und unterstützen Kunden direkt vor Ort im Einsatzland

  • Führen von Kunden- und eigenfinanzierten Entwicklungsprojekten von hoher Komplexität in der Matrix
  • Leiten des Zieldefinitions-Prozesses sowie des Anforderungs- und Änderungsmanagements
  • Sicherstellen der vertragskonformen Abwicklung der Aufträge unter Einhaltung der Prozesse, Kosten, Termine und Qualität
  • Steuern des Projektfortschritts sowie Einleiten von Massnahmen bei Planabweichungen
  • Stellt das adressatengerechte Stakeholdermanagement sicher
  • Verantwortet den geregelten Kommunikationsfluss als Drehscheibe zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und den internen Fachstellen

 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Langjährige End-to-End-Erfahrung als Gesamtprojektleiter für industrielle Grossprojekte sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Industrial Cooperation
  • Ausprägung als durchsetzungsstarke, verhandlungsgeschickte Unternehmer- sowie zupackende Macher-Persönlichkeit
  • Fundierte technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Souveränes Auftreten und geschickte Kommunikation auf allen Hierarchieebenen bis hin zum C-Level
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Italienisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil
  • Eine Zertifizierung nach IPMA oder einer vergleichbaren Methodik ist erwünscht und von Vorteil
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für mehrtägige Dienstreisen.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kulturen und internationalen Kontexten
  • Vorkenntnisse aus dem Militärdienst als Offizier oder Unteroffizier sind von Vorteil
