Für einen etablierten Design-\&-Build-Partner mit Sitz in Zürich West suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson für die ganzheitliche Führung von Retail- und Innenausbauprojekten. Das Unternehmen plant und realisiert Raum- und Markenerlebnisse in den Bereichen Ladenbau, Bürowelten, Healthcare, Brand Experience und allgemeiner Mieterausbau -- von der ersten Idee bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe. Strategie, Konzept, Planung und Ausführung liegen in einer Hand. Die Projekte laufen schweizweit; das Büro liegt im Viaduktquartier.

Gesucht wird eine vertrauenswürdige Design-\&-Build-Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Marktkenntnis im Schweizer Innenausbau. Die Rolle führt Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigstellung und verbindet Projektabwicklung, Kundenbetreuung und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung. Ziel ist nicht nur ein einzelnes exzellentes Projekt, sondern eine langfristige, partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehung über das gesamte Projektportfolio -- von der frühen Phase bis in die Nachbetreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen, entwickeln und koordinieren Design-\&-Build-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung und unterstützen bei Bedarf in der Planerstellung.
  • Sie beraten Kundinnen und Kunden ganzheitlich über alle Gewerke: Architektur, Innenausbau und Gebäudetechnik (HLKSE).
  • Sie begleiten Mandate von der frühen Projektentwicklung und strategischen Planung bis in die Umsetzung.
  • Sie stellen Budgets, Termine, Qualitätsstandards und administrative Prozesse sicher.
  • Sie erstellen und überwachen Kostenschätzungen, Nachkalkulationen, Ausschreibungen und Rechnungen.
  • Sie entwickeln praxisnahe, wertorientierte Lösungen, die auf die konkreten Kundenbedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
  • Sie erstellen und koordinieren die Unterlagen für Baugesuche, prüfen gesetzliche Vorgaben und führen die Kommunikation mit den Behörden.
  • Sie überwachen die Bauleitung über sämtliche Gewerke und sichern einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle.
  • Bei komplexen oder kritischen Vorhaben übernehmen Sie eine führende Rolle in der Lösungsfindung.
  • Sie unterstützen interne Projektleitungen als Sparringpartnerin bzw. Sparringpartner und Qualitätssicherer.
  • Sie entwickeln PM-Prozesse, operative Abläufe und Projektstandards weiter.
  • Sie überwachen die Kostenkontrolle über das Projektportfolio, analysieren die Profitabilität und stellen Reporting-Prozesse sicher.
  • Sie wirken als operative Entlastung der Geschäftsleitung in Operations, Projektmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung und schaffen Freiraum für die strategische Weiterentwicklung.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architektin/Architekt, Ingenieurin/Ingenieur, Bauleiterin/Bauleiter, Bauökonomin/Bauökonom oder gleichwertig
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einem Totalunternehmer- oder Design-\&-Build-Umfeld im Innenausbau
  • Fundierte Expertise in Kundenberatung, Planung, Kostenmanagement, Bauleitung und multidisziplinärer Projektabwicklung
  • Tiefes Verständnis für Architektur, Innenausbau und Gebäudetechnik
  • Sicheres Setzen von Prioritäten, parallele Führung mehrerer Mandate, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling sowie mit digitalen und agilen PM-Tools (z. B. Smartsheet, ERP, Kanban)
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der SIA-Richtlinien und baurechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Schweizerdeutsch (C1), gutes Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
