Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Engineering-Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Life-Science-Industrie, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektingenieur Versorgungstechnik HKLS (m/w/d). In dieser anspruchsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Gewerke Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung und Sanitär und begleiten anspruchsvolle Projekte der Pharma- und Biotechnologie über sämtliche Projektphasen.

Aufgaben ###

  • Führung und Koordination von Versorgungstechnik-Teams in Life-Science-Projekten
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung von Konzepten für HKLS-Anlagen
  • Auslegung, Berechnung und Planung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen und Installationen
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Ausschreibungen und technischen Angebotsunterlagen
  • Betreuung der Versorgungstechnik während der Ausführungsphase
  • Technische Beratung und direkte Betreuung von Kunden
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Massen- und Energiebilanzen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation für HKLS-Systeme
  • Durchführung technischer Angebotsvergleiche
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Budgets und relevante Projektkennzahlen
  • Koordination der Projektbeteiligten und Unterstützung bei Genehmigungen und Bauleistungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Mentoring von Junior-Ingenieuren

Anforderungen ###

  • Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister mit planerischem Hintergrund
  • Mehr als zehn Jahre Projekterfahrung in Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten, idealerweise im Pharmaumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Auslegung, Berechnung und Planung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen nach SIA
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Standards sowie von FDA-, EMA- und cGMP-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Projektteams
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu erhöhter Reisetätigkeit, auch ausserhalb der DACH-Region
