Ihre Aufgabe ##

Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Bahninfrastruktur Führung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams Steuerung von Projekten hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Ressourcen Entwicklung von technischen und organisatorischen Lösungen für komplexe Aufgabenstellungen Begleitung von der Konzeptphase über die Projektierung bis zur Realisierung Koordination mit Bauherrschaften, Behörden, Bahnbetreibern, Planern und weiteren Projektpartnern Beurteilung von technischen Varianten und Erarbeitung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen Überwachung von Projektfortschritt, Risiken und Schnittstellen Unterstützung bei Akquisitionen und beim Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Weiterentwicklung von internen Abläufen und fachlichen Standards

Ihr Profil ##

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Verkehrswesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im Bahnbereich Fundiertes Verständnis für die Abläufe und Anforderungen komplexer Bahnprojekte Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Projektpartnern Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
