Arbeitsort: Zürich (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Du führst digitale Kundenprojekte von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live und verantwortest Scope, Qualität, Budget und Ressourcen. Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams und erstellst Anforderungsdokumente und Briefings. Du bist Ansprechperson für die Kundschaft auf allen Ebenen und übersetzt ihre Bedürfnisse in digitale Lösungen. Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter. Du prüfst Ausschreibungen und arbeitest an Angeboten und Pitches mit. Du identifizierst proaktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und akquirierst eigenständig Kunden. Dein Profil: Fünf bis acht Jahre Erfahrung in der digitalen Projektleitung, vorzugsweise im Agenturumfeld Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kundinnen, Kunden und Stakeholdern Fähigkeit, digitale Projekte fachlich und wirtschaftlich zu beurteilen Kenntnisse in Websites, Content-Plattformen und digitalen Berichten Erfahrung mit Kalkulationen und Budgets Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Beschaffungsverfahren, Netzwerk in Kommunikation und Digital sowie Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Tools Deine Benefits: Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten Abwechslungsreiche digitale Projekte für mittlere und grosse Schweizer Unternehmen Sichtbare Verantwortung in Projekt und Business Development Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Büro im Zürcher Seefeld
