Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Engineering-Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Life-Science-Industrie, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektleiter Elektro - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung TGA (m/w/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für die elektrotechnischen Gewerke anspruchsvoller Pharma-Projekte und begleiten diese von der Konzeptphase über die Planung und Ausführung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an den Kunden.

Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche Verantwortung und Koordination der elektrotechnischen Gewerke innerhalb anspruchsvoller Projekte
  • Planung und Bearbeitung elektrotechnischer Anlagen über sämtliche Projektphasen
  • Betreuung von Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen sowie Sicherheits- und Kommunikationssystemen
  • Koordination von Bauherren, Behörden, Architekten, Fachplanern, Lieferanten und Ausführungsunternehmen
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung von Elektroplanern innerhalb des Projektteams
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Begleitung von Vergabeprozessen
  • Erstellung von Kostenabschätzungen, Kostenschätzungen und Kostenberechnungen
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität im Fachbereich Elektro
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen für Elektro-, Telematik- und Sicherheitsanlagen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Sachverständigenprüfungen und Abnahmen
  • Begleitung der elektrotechnischen Projekte während Construction & Commissioning

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Elektroingenieur FH/BSc, Elektrotechniker HF, eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der DACH-Region
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Elektroplanung, idealerweise mit Projektleitungs- und Führungserfahrung im TGA-Umfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination und Führung von Projektbeteiligten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
