Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Engineering-Unternehmen mit Fokus auf die Life-Science-Industrie, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik HKLS (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei anspruchsvollen Pharma- und Biotech-Projekten und verantworten die Gewerke Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung und Sanitär über sämtliche Projektphasen. Sie sind technische Ansprechperson für Kunden und Projektteams, entwickeln eigenständig Konzepte und sorgen dafür, dass Planung, Ausführung, Kosten und Termine professionell zusammenspielen.

Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination von HKLS-Teams innerhalb anspruchsvoller Life-Science-Projekte
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten für Heizungs-, Kälte-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Auslegung, Berechnung und Planung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen und Installationen
  • Kalkulation, Ausschreibung und technische Vorbereitung von Projekten
  • Betreuung der Versorgungstechnik während der Ausführungsphase
  • Technische Beratung und direkte Betreuung von Kunden
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Massen- und Energiebilanzen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen für HKLS-Systeme
  • Durchführung technischer Angebotsvergleiche
  • Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine und relevante Projektkennzahlen
  • Koordination von Projektbeteiligten sowie Unterstützung bei Genehmigungen und Bauleistungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Mentoring von Junior-Ingenieuren

Anforderungen ###

  • Studium in Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister mit planerischem Hintergrund
  • Mehr als zehn Jahre Projekterfahrung bei Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten, idealerweise im Pharmaumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Auslegung, Berechnung und Planung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen nach SIA
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards sowie von FDA-, EMA- und cGMP-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Projektteams
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen, auch ausserhalb der DACH-Region
