Das Unternehmen realisiert anspruchsvolle Projekte rund um die technische Infrastruktur von Gebäuden und begleitet seine Kunden von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung. Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position suchen wir eine technisch versierte und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Projekte selbstständig führen und gleichzeitig gerne im Team arbeitet.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Planung, Koordination und Realisierung von mittleren bis grösseren Projekten im Bereich Heizung und Kälte.
  • Eigenständige Führung der Ihnen anvertrauten Projekte, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Koordination der beteiligten internen und externen Stellen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs.
  • Erarbeitung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Materialien, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen.
  • Begleitung und Koordination der Planungsphase sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung auf der Baustelle.
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektpartnern.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Projekten und bei der Suche nach technisch und wirtschaftlich optimalen Lösungen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Fachrichtung Heizung oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder eine vergleichbare höhere Fachausbildung ist von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Heizungs- und/oder Kältetechnik.
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Planung und Abwicklung von Projekten.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Dampf bzw. Dampfanlagen ist ein Plus.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Projektpartnern.
  • Belastbarkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und gleichzeitig die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung selbstständig zu übernehmen.
