Was Sie erwartet Projektleitung von unterschiedlichsten Projekten in verschiedenen Bereichen (Business\-, Fach\-, Regulatorik\-, Transformations\- und IT\- Projekte) Gesamtverantwortung über alle Projektphasen, inkl. Projektbudget, Zieldefinition sowie Controlling Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern. Je nach Thema Einbezug unseres IT\-Netzwerkverbunds Esprit bzw. weiteren externen Projektpartnern Regelmässige Kommunikation an die Fachbereiche sowie die Gesamtbank Aktive Begleitung des Changes inkl. Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen Erkennen von Abhängigkeiten und Synergien und deren laufende Abstimmung Führung der Projektmitarbeitenden (je nach Projekt) Management von mehreren unterschiedlichen Projekten Beitrag zum Wissensaufbau im Team und Unterstützung als Sparringpartner Ihr Arbeitsort ist Olten oder Zürich (mit Reisebereitschaft nach Olten) mit der Möglichkeit, teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
