Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektleiter:in für unsere Niederlassung in Zürich (80\-100 %).

Aufgabenbereich

In dieser Position berätst und vertrittst du unsere Auftraggeber:innen über alle Projektphasen hinweg und bringst deine Sprachkompetenz gezielt in mehrsprachigen Projekten ein.

Es erwarten dich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung der Projektstrategie sowie Ziel\- und Anforderungsdefinition
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Planung und Realisierung
  • Begleitung der Überführung in den Betrieb
  • Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen Sanierungs\- und Neubauprojekten im Hochbau
  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Projekten sowie Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Anforderungen

Damit du in dieser Funktion erfolgreich bist, bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:

  • Lokale Verankerung sowie Interesse an einer Arbeitgeberin mit Präsenz in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Hochschulabschluss als Architekt:in, Bauingenieur:in oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Zusätzliche Spezialisierungen aus Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildungen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Bauherrenberatung und Bauherrenvertretung im Hochbau
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk bei Bauherrschaften, Behörden, Planenden und weiteren Akteuren der Bau\- und Immobilienbranche sowie die Fähigkeit, dieses aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem vernetzt denkenden, prozessorientierten Team
  • Partnerschaftliches Auftreten gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Stilsichere Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
  • Mehrsprachigkeit – insbesondere ösisch\-, Italienisch\- und Englischkenntnisse – ist von Vorteil.
