Das kannst du bewirken

* Du leitest anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Arbeitswelten und Workplace Management von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und entwickelst moderne Arbeitsplatz- und Flächenkonzepte. * In Bau- und Umbauprojekten stellst du als Teilprojektleiter:in Betrieb sicher, dass betriebliche Anforderungen frühzeitig berücksichtigt sowie Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme professionell vorbereitet werden. * Du erarbeitest Flächen- und Betriebsführungskonzepte und koordinierst interne Fachbereiche, Betreiberorganisationen, Nutzervertretungen sowie interne und externe Partner. * Mit Weitsicht steuerst du Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken und schaffst auch in komplexen Projektumgebungen klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen. * Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams in der West- und Deutschschweiz gestaltest du aktiv und sorgst für einen wirkungsvollen Austausch über Sprach- und Organisationsgrenzen hinweg. Unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Interessen führst du zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte lösungsorientiert und verbindlich vorankommen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Arbeitsplatz-, Bau-/Umbau- oder Facility-Management-Projekten.
  • Dank deiner sehr guten Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse kommunizierst du sicher mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachregionen und bewegst dich souverän in zweisprachigen Projektstrukturen.
  • Du verfügst über einen höheren Abschluss (z. B. Uni/FH) und bist dir strukturiertes und konzeptionelles Arbeiten gewohnt.
  • Mit deiner hohen Eigenverantwortung und pragmatischen Umsetzungsorientierung bringst du Themen selbstständig voran und führst sie konsequent zum Ziel.
  • Unterschiedliche Interessen und Perspektiven kannst du aktiv moderieren, bestehende Ansätze kritisch hinterfragen und in tragfähige, praxistaugliche Lösungen überführen.

Du arbeitest flexibel an einem unserer Hub-Standorte (Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Lausanne) sowie aus dem Homeoffice. Die Stelle setzt eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Westschweiz sowie regelmässiges Reisen an die Standorte Bern und Olten voraus.
