Ausgangslage Der Kunde beschafft die Client Hardware heute gestützt auf einen bestehenden Vertrag. Dieser Vertrag wird per 31.12.2027 gekündigt. Damit die Versorgung des Kunden mit Client Hardware ab 01.01.2028 ohne Unterbruch und auf einer rechtssicheren vertraglichen Grundlage sichergestellt werden kann, muss die Nachfolgelösung rechtzeitig öffentlich ausgeschrieben, vergeben, vertraglich abgeschlossen und eingeführt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projekt initialisieren, strukturieren und gemäss HERMES führen
  • Projektauftrag, Projektmanagementplan, Terminplan, Budget, Ressourcenplanung und Governance erarbeiten und nachführen
  • Demand gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Fachstellen aktualisieren, plausibilisieren und abstimmen
  • Beschaffungsgegenstand, Losbildung, Vertragsmodell, Optionen, Laufzeiten und Transitionsbedarf mit den Beteiligten konkretisieren
  • Erarbeitung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen fachlich und organisatorisch koordinieren
  • Stakeholdermanagement
  • Risiko-, Termin- Qualitäts- und Kostenmanagement
  • Evaluation, Anbieterfragen, Präsentationen, Bereinigungen und Zuschlagsantrag organisieren und dokumentieren
  • Vertragsabschluss und Einführung beziehungsweise Transition vorbereiten

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in gemäss Kompetenzstufe
  • Erfahrung mit öffentlichen ICT-Ausschreibungen zwingend (im Bereich Client Hardware von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Hardware und Workplace
  • Erfahrung im Demand- und Anforderungsmanagement erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse der Projektmanagementmethodik Hermes, Erfahrung in öffentlichen Verwaltungen erwünscht
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, Französisch von Vorteil
