Ihre Aufgaben    Sie planen und realisieren anspruchsvolle Sanitäranlagen in Neu- und Umbauprojekten - von der Startsitzung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme. Dabei behalten Sie Qualität, Termine und Kosten jederzeit im Griff. Sie begleiten die Bauausführung, überwachen die Arbeiten vor Ort und stehen in regelmässigem Austausch mit Bauherren, Architekten, Ingenieuren, Planern sowie internen Stellen. Zudem betreuen Sie bestehende Kunden selbstständig, akquirieren Neukunden und erstellen marktgerechte Angebote. Die Kalkulation und Offertstellung für Sanitäranlagen in Wohnungs-, Büro-, Geschäfts-, Industrie- und Infrastrukturbauten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie interne und externe Prozesse sowie den Ressourcenbedarf.

Ihr Profil    Sie verfügen über eine Grundausbildung im Bereich Sanitär, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung wie Sanitärplaner/in EFZ oder Techniker/in HF/TS Fachrichtung Sanitär. Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein sicheres Verkaufsflair zeichnen Sie aus. Sie arbeiten flexibel, strukturiert und bringen eine hohe Teamfähigkeit mit. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Office- und CAD-Programmen wird vorausgesetzt. Ihre kommunikative Art und Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein unterstützen Sie dabei, Projekte erfolgreich zu führen.
