Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle internationale Projekte von der Vertragsübergabe bis zur erfolgreichen Endabnahme.
  • Sie führen interdisziplinäre Spezialistenteams und gewährleisten eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten.
  • Sie verantworten die Einhaltung der Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele und etablieren ein vorausschauendes Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement.
  • Sie erstellen technische Pflichtenhefte, koordinieren Lieferanten und begleiten Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Hochlauf sowie Testbetrieb.
  • Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Partner und interne Fachbereiche und vertreten die Projektziele jederzeit souverän.
  • Sie bringen eigene Ideen ein, entwickeln Prozesse gezielt weiter und sichern damit den nachhaltigen Erfolg Ihrer Projekte.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler Projekte im Anlagen- oder Maschinenbau mit.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, eine ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke und Entscheidungsfreude zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Auch in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen handeln Sie belastbar, lösungsorientiert und souverän.
  • Sie bringen eine internationale Reisebereitschaft von rund 30 % mit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch-, Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich.
