In der Schaden-Transformation realisieren wir ein ambitioniertes Vorhaben. Kern dieser nächsten Stufe ist der Einsatz von Agentic AI - KI-Agenten, die einen Schadenfall von der Meldung über die Deckungsprüfung bis zur Auszahlung eigenständig steuern\[RT2.1\], regulieren und dabei innerhalb klar definierter Leitplanken mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten. Wir suchen keine klassische Projektleitung, die einen IT-Rollout nach Plan abarbeitet. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die versteht, wie neue Technologien ein- und umgesetzt werden, damit einhergehend die Neugestaltung und Anpassung von Prozessen vorantreibt und dabei messbaren Businessnutzen erzielt.

Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du leitest das Projekt als Co-Lead zur Einführung von Agentic AI in der Schadenbearbeitung - Umsetzung in iterativen Ausbauschritten.
  • Du verantwortest die Automatisierungs-Roadmap im Schadenumfeld und treibst den Ausbau der Ende-zu-Ende-Dunkelverarbeitung in den Massenschäden massgeblich voran
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Schadenspezialisten, IT-Architektur und Technologiepartnern zusammen, um KI-Agenten mit klaren Entscheidungsgrenzen in neugestaltete Prozessen zu integrieren
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Mensch und Agent im Schadenprozess sinnvoll zusammenarbeiten (Human-in-the-Loop) und Compliance- sowie Qualitätsanforderungen jederzeit eingehalten werden
  • Du bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen auf und vertrittst das Projekt im Steuerungsausschuss Schaden-Transformation sowie gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung
  • Du begleitest den Kulturwandel im Schadenteam - von der klassischen Fallbearbeitung hin zu einer modernen Schadenerledigung in Zusammenarbeit mit KI-Agenten

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Digitalisierungs- und/ oder IT-Projekte mit Transformationscharakter, idealerweise im Schaden- oder Versicherungsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnis von klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen
  • Täglicher Einsatz von KI und grundlegende Arbeitsweise mit KI Unterstützung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Agentic-AI-Architekturen (Orchestrator-/Sub-Agenten-Modelle, LLMs, APIs) und deren Einsatz in operativen Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Governance, Risiko und Compliance beim Einsatz von KI in einem regulierten Umfeld sowie ein klares Verständnis von Responsible-AI-Prinzipien (Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit, Fairness)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, um technisch komplexe Sachverhalte für Fachbereich, IT und Geschäftsleitung verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Gewinnende und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
