Nous agissons en tant qu'entité indépendante au sein d'EFG International, un groupe de banque privée présent dans plus de 40 pays à travers le monde.

Nous recherchons actuellement un :

Spécialiste Senior en Reporting Réglementaire (100%)

Votre mission :

Basé à Genève, vous serez responsable de la préparation, du contrôle et de la soumission des rapports réglementaires pour la Banque. Vous contribuerez au maintien de normes élevées de conformité réglementaire tout en soutenant l'amélioration continue et l'automatisation des processus de reporting. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Finance, Risques, Trésorerie, Comptabilité et Informatique.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Préparer et soumettre les rapports réglementaires dans les délais requis
  • Assurer l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité et la cohérence des données et rapports réglementaires
  • Réaliser des analyses de capital, de liquidité et d'autres indicateurs prudentiels
  • Surveiller les évolutions réglementaires et évaluer leur impact sur les exigences et processus de reporting
  • Participer aux projets réglementaires et d'amélioration des systèmes
  • Contribuer à l'automatisation et à l'optimisation des processus et contrôles de reporting
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour garantir la qualité des données et la conformité réglementaire
  • Agir en tant qu'expert métier sur les questions de reporting réglementaire

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme universitaire en Finance, Comptabilité, Économie, Administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
  • 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en Reporting Réglementaire, Finance, Gestion des Risques ou Audit dans le secteur bancaire
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation bancaire suisse et des exigences de reporting prudentiel
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de reporting
  • La connaissance de SQL serait un atout
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Autonome, rigoureux et capable de travailler sous pression tout en respectant des délais serrés
  • Résidence en Suisse
