Deine neue Herausforderung:In dieser Schlüsselposition verbindest du das Beste aus zwei Welten: Agiles, persönliches Arbeiten in einem überschaubaren Boutique-Team vor Ort (8 Mitarbeitende) sowie die geballte Substanz, Expertise und Plattform eines führenden Hauptsitzes in Genf. Du gestaltest das Wachstum der Bank in der Hauptstadtregion sowie den angrenzenden Wirtschaftsräumen aktiv mit.Deine Aufgaben:

  • Marktentwicklung & Akquisition: Aktive Neukundengewinnung von vermögenden Privatpersonen (HNWIs) und Family Offices.
  • Portfolio-Management: Erbringung erstklassiger, individuell zugeschnittener Vermögensverwaltungs- und Anlageberatungsdienstleistungen.
  • Kundenintegration & -bindung: Erfolgreicher Transfer, Betreuung und langfristiger Ausbau eines profitablen Kundenportfolios.
  • Interne Synergien: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Genfer Investment-Spezialisten, Wealth Plannern und Produktexperten zur optimalen Abdeckung komplexer Kundenbedürfnisse.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Fundierter Track Record und mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Schweizer Onshore Private Banking / Wealth Management.
  • Transferierbares Portfolio: Nachweisbare Kundenmobilität mit der Fähigkeit, ein Kundenbuch im Umfang von ca. CHF 50 ? 60 Mio. AuM mitzubringen.
  • Mindset: Ausgeprägter Akquisition Drive ("Hunter"-Mentalität) und ein stark verankertes, aktives Netzwerk im Schweizer Zielmarkt.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch gepaart mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Englisch ODER Französisch.
  • Verankerung: Wohnsitz im Einzugsgebiet von Bern (z. B. Region Bern, Fribourg oder Biel/Bienne).
