* Piloter et optimiser les équipes du Agile Release Train (ART), organiser des événements selon le Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) et en assurer la modération (PI Planning, Inspect \& Adapt) * Identifier, suivre et éliminer les risques et problèmes de manière proactive ; gérer les complications et les interdépendances au-delà des équipes du ART * Planifier et piloter l'ensemble des capacités relatives aux équipes du ART ; organiser les priorités et les concertations internes aux équipes en question conformément aux directives portant sur la gestion de portefeuille Lean * Mettre en place, piloter et développer des indicateurs agiles visant à améliorer la qualité des livraisons et la performance * Organiser et coordonner activement la collaboration avec la gestion des produits, l'architecture de domaine, les responsables métier et les équipes agiles * Accompagner les facilitateurs/trices et les coaches Scrum, les propriétaires de produits et les équipes agiles, et contribuer activement à la communauté des Release Train Engineers (RTE)

****Ce qui te rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor/Master) en informatique ou en informatique de gestion ou études similaires * Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que RTE dans une grande entreprise, dans l'administration publique ou dans un environnement d'une complexité comparable, caractérisé par des structures de gouvernance et des parties prenantes exigeantes * Don pour la communication, grande capacité à s'imposer et méthode de travail structurée * Certifications récentes souhaitées en tant que RTE SAFe et en tant qu'agent/e du changement SAFe * Bonne connaissance active d'une deuxième langue officielle et bonne connaissance de l'anglais
