* Gestire e ottimizzare l'Agile Release Train (ART) e assumere la responsabilità dello svolgimento e della moderazione degli eventi SAFe principali (PI Planning, Inspect \& Adapt) * Identificare, monitorare ed eliminare in modo proattivo rischi e impedimenti, nonché gestire gli ostacoli e le dipendenze esterne al team e all'ART * Pianificare e gestire le capacità complessive dell'Agile Release Train (ART), nonché definire le priorità interne all'ART ed elementi da coordinare nel rispetto delle direttive del Lean Portfolio Management * Definire, gestire e sviluppare ulteriormente metriche agili per migliorare la qualità delle forniture e le prestazioni * Gestire e coordinare attivamente la collaborazione con la gestione dei prodotti, l'architettura di dominio, i Business Owner e i team agili * Fornire coaching a Scrum Master/Team Coach, Product Owner e ai team agili, nonché contribuire attivamente alla comunità RTE

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario (bachelor/master) in informatica, di gestione o studio equivalente * Esperienza pluriennale come release train engineer in una grande azienda, nell'amministrazione pubblica o in un contesto di complessità analoga, caratterizzato da strutture di governance e di stakeholder complesse * Ottime capacità comunicative, elevata capacità d'imporsi e un modo di lavorare strutturato * Certificazioni aggiornate come SAFe RTE e SAFe SPC auspicate * Buone conoscenze attive di almeno una seconda lingua ufficiale e buone conoscenze dell'inglese
