Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung in der Seefracht mit und kennen die Tücken des Tagesgeschäfts in- und auswendig? Unser Geschäftskunde ist eine etablierte Spedition im Raum Zürich, die eine erfahrene Fachperson sucht.

Aufgaben ###

  • eigenverantwortliches abwickeln von Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export (FCL/LCL)
  • erstellen und prüfen von Transport- und Zolldokumenten
  • disponieren von Vor- und/oder Nachläufen sowie koordinieren mit Reedereien, Häfen und NVOCCs
  • betreuen und beraten von Kunden über die gesamte Transportkette
  • kalkulieren von Frachtraten, erstellen von Offerten und mitwirken in Ratenverhandlungen
  • bearbeiten von Reklamationen sowie unterstützen jüngerer Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen fachlich

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Seefracht (Import und Export)
  • selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Senior-Mentalität

Informatik ###

MS-Office - Anwenderkenntnisse Sope (Riege) - Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s gut auf Spedi-Ebene
