Unsere Mandantin, die schärli bättig partner ag, ist ein kleines, feines und engagiertes Beratungsunternehmen in der Mitte der Stadt Luzern. Ihr Kundenfokus liegt auf medizinischen Praxen und regionalen KMU. Im Bereich der treuhänderischen Tätigkeit suchen wir eine selbstständige, kommunikative und umsetzungsstarke Fachpersönlichkeit, um die Kundinnen und Kunden verantwortungsvoll als Sparring-Partner in der Mandatsabwicklung zu betreuen.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliches Betreuen der Kunden in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Lohn und Steuern 
  • Aktives unterstützendes Beraten im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und Unternehmertum
  • Mitverantworten der Jahresabschlüsse mit Berichterstattung
  • Aktives Mitarbeiten an Projekten, Prozessen, Digitalisierung und KI-Aktivitäten
  • Austauschen mit Mandatsleitern, Partnern, Kollegen und Kolleginnen

 

Ihr Profil

  • Berufliche Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung auf Stufe Treuhand, Rechnungswesen, Sozialversicherung mit eidg. FA oder gleichwertig
  • Einige Jahre Erfahrung im Treuhandbereich mit Kundenverantwortung
  • Freude am direkten und bestehenden Kundenkontakt
  • Offen für Weiterentwicklung im eigenen Fachbereich
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
