Arbeitsort: Zürich Pensum: 100% Deine Aufgaben: Du entwickelst und sicherst cloudbasierte, verteilte Software-Architekturen mit Schwerpunkt auf medizinischer Textverarbeitung und setzt moderne generative sowie extraktive KI-Verfahren für Anwendungen im Gesundheitswesen um. Du baust skalierbare Data- und MLOps-Prozesse auf, unterstützt das Team hands-on in technischen und operativen Themen und übernimmst perspektivisch Führungsverantwortung. Dein Profil: Du verfügst über einen MSc oder PhD in Informatik oder einem verwandten Gebiet und bringst Forschungserfahrung in der automatischen medizinischen Textzusammenfassung mit. Erwartet werden fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Full-Stack-Entwicklung, verteilten Architekturen, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datenbanken, Cybersicherheit und agiler Produktentwicklung. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Praktische Erfahrung mit Flask oder FastAPI, PostgreSQL oder MongoDB, React, Next.js oder Vue.js, Azure oder AWS und Linux wird vorausgesetzt; PyTorch oder TensorFlow ist von Vorteil. Geboten werden eine Schlüsselrolle in einem jungen MedTech- und Deep-Tech-Umfeld, viel Gestaltungsspielraum, die Perspektive auf Führungsverantwortung und eine Tätigkeit mit direktem gesellschaftlichem Nutzen.
