Au sein du département Ingénierie de Nexthink, l'équipe que vous rejoindrez participe à la construction de ce que nous appelons les Collectors : les agents endpoint qui s'exécutent sur les systèmes de millions d'employés dans le monde. Le Collector collecte des données significatives au niveau du système d'exploitation, les agrège sur l'appareil, et les envoie à notre plateforme d'analyse cloud. Ils aident également à corriger les problèmes détectés et à améliorer l'expérience utilisateur des appareils. Les Collectors sont une partie complexe et critique des produits Nexthink, fonctionnant sur Windows et macOS. Ici, vous affronterez des problèmes larges et non conventionnels avec l'autonomie pour les façonner et les posséder — et vos idées peuvent atteindre des millions d'appareils dans le monde. Nous maintenons un haut standard de qualité, de performance et de sécurité, et nous donnons aux ingénieurs la liberté de livrer et de grandir. Responsabilités - Concevoir, construire et faire évoluer les agents endpoint Collectors de Nexthink s'exécutant sur des millions d'appareils Windows et macOS dans le monde. - Développer des logiciels C++ modernes fiables et performants à proximité du système d'exploitation, où l'efficacité, la stabilité et la qualité comptent directement. - Posséder des fonctionnalités impactantes de bout en bout — des exigences produit au déploiement en production, l'observabilité et l'impact mesurable. - Relever les défis complexes multi-plateformes dans des environnements réels, en enquêtant sur les problèmes profonds au niveau du système d'exploitation dans diverses flottes de clients. - Continuellement élever le standard de performance, de fiabilité, de sécurité et de maintenabilité de nos Collectors, aidant à façonner une technologie qui fonctionne à l'échelle globale des endpoints.

Qualifications - 8+ ans d'expérience en développement logiciel. - Maîtrise du C++ 20/23. - Compréhension forte et démontrée des internes du système d'exploitation. - Expérience en développement logiciel au niveau du système d'exploitation et en recherche sur Windows et/ou macOS. - Expérience prouvée de pilotage d'une fonctionnalité de bout en bout, des exigences produit à la solution livrée. - Compréhension des concepts de code pur, épuré et facilement testable. - Capacité à naviguer et à déboguer un code complexe. - Capacité à construire des outils qui soutiennent le processus de développement. - Compétence ou expérience pratique avec les outils de codage agentique IA. - Un état d'esprit orienté produit et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique. - Communication claire et concise en anglais. - Expérience en développement logiciel en mode kernel. - Expérience en développement multi-plateforme : Windows et macOS.
