Wir suchen nach einem echten "Change Agent": Jemandem, der nicht nur bestehende Prozesse betreibt, sondern den Antrieb mitbringt, unsere Paketierungs-, Deployment- und Patch-Prozesse aktiv zu automatisieren und weiterzuentwickeln. So gestaltest du Gesundheit mit ###

  • Software Packaging: Verantwortung für die Paketierung, das Repackaging sowie das Lifecycle-Management von Anwendungen für Windows 11 mit Fokus auf moderne Deployment-Technologien in Microsoft Intune (Win32)
  • Automatisierung & Modernisierung: Laufende Optimierung und Automatisierung von Softwarepaketierungen, Softwarebereitstellungen und Patch-Prozessen mittels PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT), Intune und weiteren modernen Werkzeugen
  • Softwareverteilung: Betrieb, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Intune-basierten Softwareverteilung in einer Enterprise-Umgebung mit über 1'000 Clients
  • Operativer Backbone: Analyse und Behebung von Paketierungs-, Installations- und Deployment-Problemen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service Desk, Client Engineering und Applikationsverantwortlichen
  • Ganzheitlicher Systemblick: Du verstehst den Modern Workplace als zusammenhängendes Ökosystem und beurteilst Auswirkungen von Software-Rollouts, Paketen und Konfigurationen auf die gesamte Endgeräteplattform
  • Dokumentation & Compliance: Erstellung, Pflege und Ownership von technischen Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbüchern (BHB) sowie Unterstützung bei ISDS-relevanten Konzepten und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Teamwork: Aktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams sowie Sicherstellung von Stellvertretungen und nachhaltiger Wissenssicherung

  • Dein Mindset: Wir suchen nicht die Person mit den meisten Zertifikaten, sondern jemanden mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on- und Macher-Mentalität. Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse, denkst vernetzt und treibst Verbesserungen aktiv voran.
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (EFZ, HF, FH oder vergleichbar) oder gleichwertige, langjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Endpoint Management und Software Packaging
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software Packaging und Endpoint Management in Enterprise-Umgebungen mit über 1'000 Clients
  • Nachweisbare, fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Intune und der Verteilung von Win32-Applikationen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MSI-, MSIX- und Repackaging-Technologien inklusive Paketanalyse, Anpassungen und Fehlerbehebung
  • Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Betriebs- und Deployment-Prozessen
  • Praxiserfahrung mit PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT) sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse von Patch My PC
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Windows 11 und modernes Verständnis von Endpoint-Management-Plattformen
  • Ausgeprägte Dokumentations-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, übernimmst Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft und hast Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse aktiv zu modernisieren und zu automatisieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
