In den Group Functions unterstützen wir die marktorientierten Geschäftsbereiche mit zentralen Dienstleistungen. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir heute an den Lösungen für morgen und dies in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und stets mit hohen Qualitätsstandards.

 

Das wirst du tun:

  • Du koordinierst die monatliche Payroll gemeinsam mit unserem externen Payroll Provider, HR Services, Finance und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern und begleitest den gesamten Prozess
  • Du analysierst Payroll-Ergebnisse, Abweichungen und Kontrollreports und kümmerst dich um die fachgerechte Verarbeitung von Spezialfällen und variablen Vergütungen
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Themen rund um Schweizer Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, Lohnausweise, Jahresendarbeiten sowie weitere payrollnahe HR-Services Themen und bist für Audits und interne Kontrollen verantwortlich
  • Du bearbeitest und klärst anspruchsvolle Sachverhalte wie Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft, Erwerbsersatz, unbezahlten Urlaub sowie Grenzgänger- und Quellensteuerfragen
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse, Checklisten, Kontrollpunkte und Reportings weiter und trägst damit aktiv zur Qualität und Effizienz unserer HR-Dienstleistungen bei.

 

Was du mitbringst:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im HRM und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Payroll; Erfahrung mit einem externen Payroll Provider ist von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie ein gutes Verständnis für payrollrelevante gesetzliche und regulatorische Anforderungen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SAP HCM und SuccessFactors von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit analytischem und prozessorientiertem Denken sowie einer ausgeprägten Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
