Deine Aufgabe Aktive Entwicklung von Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards Aufbau eines stabilen Netzwerks zu den wichtigsten Schlüssel-Lieferanten Lieferanten-Audits anhand definierter Standards Qualitätsvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Lieferantenprozessen und Einleitung entsprechender Massnahmen Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung (KPIs: Liefertreue, Lieferzeit, Fehlerquote, Korrektive Massnahmen/NCR) Messbare Steigerung der Lieferantenqualität durch gezielte Korrekturmassnahmen Unterstützung Problemlösung, Ursachenanalyse und Abstellmassnahmen (PDCA) Analyse von Qualitätsdaten und Erstellung von Reports zur Lieferantenperformance Enger Austausch mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern zur Fehlervermeidung

Dein Profil Bachelorabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Mechanical Engineering oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Auditorenausbildung von Vorteil Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsspezialist im Bereich Supplier Quality Sicherer Umgang mit Datenanalyse-Tools, insbesondere Power BI Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Lösungsorientierung Zwischenmenschliche Affinität und die Fähigkeit, effektiv zu netzwerken Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber externen Partnern und Stakeholdern Reisebereitschaft von 40–50 % für die Tätigkeit vor Ort bei Lieferanten wird vorausgesetzt Fliessend in Englisch und Deutsch
