Senior System Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Federführend in der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb des IAM\-Systems (Ivanti Identity Director) inklusive JML\-Prozesse und Identity\-Workflows
  • Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung, den stabilen Betrieb und die Governance der Identity\-Plattform auf Basis von Active Directory und Entra ID
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft\-365\-, Windows\- und Azure\-Plattformen (Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Defender)
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Standards, Richtlinien und Security\-Baselines über die gesamte Windows\-Landschaft hinweg – on\-premises wie in der Cloud
  • Übernahme der technischen Serviceverantwortung für definierte Plattformen und Applikationen
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungen für Infrastruktur\- und Betriebsprozesse mittels PowerShell
  • Technische Verantwortung in IT\- und Infrastrukturprojekten (Migrationen, Updates, Rollouts); in enger Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Aktives Vorantreiben und Weiterentwickeln der Patch\- und Security\-Strategie
  • Strukturierte Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd Level
  • Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (24/7\-Bereitschaft) im Rotationsprinzip mit dem Team

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT\-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb komplexer Windows\- und Microsoft\-Cloud\-Plattformen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Identity \& Access Management sowie in der Umsetzung von JML\-Prozessen
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Entra ID und Microsoft 365
  • Sehr gute PowerShell\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung oder Interesse an Automatisierung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Security\-Prinzipien sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Definition und Umsetzung von Security\-Baselines
  • Erfahrung in IT\- und Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise mit (Teil\-)Verantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit dem Anspruch, IT\-Services kontinuierlich zu verbessern und am Business auszurichten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen sowie Positionierung als kompetenter, sichtbarer technischer Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
