Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:Deine Aufgaben Dein Aufgabenbereich erstreckt sich von der Konzeption, über die Implementation bis hin zur Wartung der Cloud- und Hybrid-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden, gepaart mit der IT-Projektleitung bei unseren Kunden. Du arbeitest im Team IT-Systemtechnik in einem abwechslungsreichen Alltag mit Eigenverantwortung und viel Kundenkontakt - sowohl telefonisch, schriftlich und direkt vor Ort beim Kunden. Dabei gibt es Schnittstellen zum Team Beratung & Verkauf, wo die primären Ansprechpersonen für unsere Kunden sind. Nebst deiner Funktion als Senior IT-Systemtechniker:in übernimmst du bei unseren Kundenprojekten die Projektleitung von der Analyse und Konzeption über die Projektplanung und -durchführung bis zum sauberen Abschluss. Die wichtigsten Tätigkeiten: Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung von Cloud- und Hybrid-Infrastrukturen sowie technische Optimierung bei Bestandeskunden   Anforderungserhebung und Anforderungsdokumentation in direktem Kundenkontakt Leitung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten und Leitung des Projektteams (fachliche Führung) Reportings zum Projektstatus Erstellung und nachhaltige Pflege von Dokumentationen Das bringst du mit Wir bieten IT-Dienstleistungen an, um den Arbeitsalltag unserer Kunden zu erleichtern und suchen dazu Mitarbeitende, die zukunftsorientiert mitdenken und unsere Hands-on-Mentalität mit leben. Du besitzt eine Ausbildung im Bereich Plattformentwicklung (ehem. Systemtechnik) EFZ und verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systemengineering. Wir sind Fan von Microsoft-Produkten wie Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft 365 und OneDrive for Business - damit kennst du dich gut aus und die Arbeit mit dieser Produktpalette bereitet dir Freude. Längere Arbeitszeiten während Infrastruktur-Migrationen sind für dich ok, denn es gehört zum Beruf. Du kannst gut mit Menschen, bist engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst und bereit, bei unserer Mission mitzumachen, unsere Services und Dienstleistungen in höchster Qualität anzubieten. Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, verstehst Schweizerdeutsch und kommst gut mit technischem Englisch klar. Du kennst dich aus mit IT- Projektleitung Client- und Server-Hardware On-Premises & Cloud-Microsoft-Infrastrukturen Problemlösungen rund um Backup, Firewall und WLAN Diensten wie Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, AVD
