Stellenbeschreibung Installation, Konfiguration, Betrieb und Wartung von Kunden\-Infrastrukturen gemäss Wartungsverträge Kompetente Beratung, Support und Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort und telefonisch Selbständige Mitarbeit im Bereich Incident\- und Problem Management auf Stufe 2nd und 3th Level Support inkl. Unter\-stützung des ServiceDesk für Troubleshooting Verantwortlich für Aktualisierung von allen ITSM Modulen (Tickets, Tasks etc.) und Monitoring Systemen Escalation und Triage an 4th Level Support und externe Partner Selbstständige Umsetzung von Changes von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Realisierung im Rahmen vom UMB Change Management Projektmitarbeit bei Grossprojekten bei dem Kunden mit der Verantwortung für die einwandfreie Umsetzung von Teilprojekten oder Arbeitspaketen Lead\-Identifikation im Sinne von Up\- und Cross\-Selling und Mitteilung an den Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager und Team Leitung Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen und zielgerichteten UMB Academy Kursen Einhaltung des aktuellen Team\-Reglements inkl. zeitgerechte Rapportierung der Dienstleistungen Entgegennehmen und bearbeiten von incidents im Servicedesk via ITSM Tool Vor Ort gemeinsam mit deine Team Kollegen ein Top Dienstleistung abgeben und helfen zum weiterentwickeln Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Begeisterung für den direkten Kundenkontakt Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in grössere Umgebungen oder IT Provider Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Belastbarkeit, Ausdauer und Flexibilität Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
