Zur Verstärkung unseres Collaboration Teams suchen wir einen System Engineer mit Erfahrung in der Microsoft 365-Umgebung (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online und EntraID). Du trägst dazu bei, die digitale Zusammenarbeit unserer Kundinnen und Kunden stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten und bringst dein Know-how aktiv in Betrieb, Projekte und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Collaboration-Lösungen ein.Deine Aufgaben Umsetzung moderner Collaboration-Lösungen rund um Microsoft Teams und SharePoint Online, von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Konzipiere zusammen mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden moderne Microsoft 365-Umgebungen mit Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Loop, Planner sowie passenden Informationsarchitekturen, Berechtigungs- und Governance-Konzepten. Führe SharePoint-Migrationen zum Erfolg und überführe Inhalte, Strukturen sowie Berechtigungen nahtlos in die Microsoft 365-Umgebung. Begleite Exchange-Online-Projekte, von Migrationen und Konfigurationen bis hin zu Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung. Treibe moderne Kommunikation voran und realisiere Teams-Telefonie-Projekte für eine vernetzte Zusammenarbeit. Arbeite auf Augenhöhe mit Kundinnen, Kunden und internen Teams und bringe dein Know-how in Projekte, Managed Services und den Betrieb ein. Dein Profil Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Microsoft 365-Umfeld bringst du mit und hast bereits Projekte von der Konzeption über die Migration bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleitet. Abgeschlossene IT-Aus-/Weiterbildung (HF, FH oder ähnlich). Microsoft 365-Telefonie und Teams, Governance, Berechtigungskonzepte, Collaboration-Strukturen und Lifecycle Management gehören zu deinen Spezialgebieten. Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden gerne und begleitest sie mit deiner Expertise auf dem Weg in die moderne digitale Arbeitswelt. Eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Ownership Mentalität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus. Idealerweise ergänzt du dein Profil mit Know-how in der Power Platform, insbesondere Power Automate, Power Apps oder Power BI und erkennst Potenziale für smarte Automatisierungen.
