Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als System Engineer in Microsoft On\-Premises\-Umgebungen mit und willst mehr als nur Systeme betreiben. Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung, denkst Architektur ganzheitlich und setzt auf saubere Standards sowie reproduzierbare Automatisierung. Hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sind dabei unser zentraler Massstab.

In unserem Team Smart Workplace verantwortest du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft\-On\-Premises\-Plattform sowie unserer Citrix Virtual Apps und Desktops Umgebung. Du leitest technische Projekte von der Konzeption bis in den Regelbetrieb, analysierst komplexe Störungen im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level und bringst Themen gemeinsam mit Network und Security nachhaltig voran. Dabei prägst du Standards aktiv mit, treibst Automatisierung und Standardisierung weiter und teilst dein Wissen im Team. Als technische Schlüsselfigur im Bereich IT Services bringst du Themen fundiert und qualitätsorientiert voran..

Was dich erwartet -----------------

  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung anspruchsvoller Microsoft On Premises Lösungen
  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Lifecycle unserer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Plattform inklusive ADC
  • Leitung technischer Projekte im Fachgebiet, von Migration über Modernisierung bis zum Going Live
  • Ursachenanalyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level
  • Vorantreiben von Automatisierung und Standardisierung mit PowerShell und Configuration Management
  • Definition und Dokumentation von Standards, Lösungen und Betriebsprozessen
  • Pikettbereitschaft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Network, Security und dem Smart Workplace Team

Wir wünschen uns von dir -------------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbar, Weiterbildung HF oder FH von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer in Microsoft On Premises Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Domain Infrastruktur, Server und Active Directory
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops und ADC
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Identity und Privileged Access Management (IAM und PAM)
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Erfahrung mit Kundenservices
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung mit Strafregisterauszug
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher), Englisch von Vorteil
  • Affinität zur Automatisierung mit PowerShell und Configuration Management von Vorteil
