Für ein renommiertes Schweizer Finanzinstitut suchen wir einen erfahrenen Treasury Risk Professional für eine zentrale innerhalb der unabhängigen Risk\-Funktion.

Die Position richtet sich an Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten, die Liquidity und Funding Risk nicht primär aus einer Reporting\-Perspektive betrachten, sondern die zugrunde liegenden Bilanz\-, Cashflow\- und Funding\-Dynamiken verstehen und daraus einen eigenständigen Risk View entwickeln können.

Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen, hoch spezialisierten Expertenteam und verfügen über direkten Zugang zu relevanten Entscheidungsträgern und Committees.

The Role

Sie übernehmen eine zentrale bei der unabhängigen Beurteilung der Liquidity\-, Funding\- und Balance\-Sheet\-Risiken des Instituts und agieren als fachlicher Sparringspartner für Treasury, CRO, ALCO und weitere relevante Stakeholder.

Ihr Fokus umfasst insbesondere:

  • Liquidity \& Funding Risk inkl. LCR, NSFR und Funding Concentrations
  • Liquidity Stress Testing \& Scenario Analysis
  • Balance Sheet \& ALM Risk
  • Cashflow\- und Maturity\-Ladder\-Analysen
  • Survival Horizon \& Counterbalancing Capacity
  • Liquidity Buffer \& Currency Liquidity Risk
  • Funding Stability, Diversification \& Concentration
  • Balance Sheet \& Liquidity Forecasting
  • Capital \& Leverage Interactions
  • Contingency Funding \& Recovery Planning
  • Risk Appetite, Limits \& Early\-Warning Indicators

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der vorausschauenden Risikoanalyse. Sie untersuchen, wie sich Deposit Outflows, Marktstress, veränderte Haircuts, eingeschränkte Marktliquidität oder Funding\-Verwerfungen auf die Liquiditäts\- und Bilanzposition des Instituts auswirken könnten.

Dabei entwickeln Sie einen unabhängigen Risk View auf die zukünftige Entwicklung von Bilanz, Funding und Liquidität und challengen wesentliche Annahmen und Modelle – unter anderem zu Deposit Behaviour, Roll\-over Rates, Haircuts und Cashflow\-Modellierung.

Ihre Analysen verdichten Sie zu klaren Aussagen für CRO, ALCO und relevante Risk Committees.

Your Background

Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Treasury\-/Risk\-Spezialist mit fundiertem Verständnis von Bankbilanz, Liquidität und Funding.

Ihr Hintergrund kann aus Treasury Risk, Liquidity Risk, ALM oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld stammen. Entscheidend ist die Fähigkeit, quantitative Analysen mit einem ausgeprägten ökonomischen Verständnis der Bilanz und ihrer Risikotreiber zu verbinden.

Sie sind mit relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen und Kennzahlen vertraut und bewegen sich sicher in Themen wie Liquidity Stress Testing, Cashflow Modelling, Funding Concentration und Balance Sheet Analytics.

Gleichzeitig verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, komplexe Analysen auf ihre wesentlichen Aussagen zu reduzieren und diese gegenüber Senior Stakeholdern klar und überzeugend zu vertreten.
