Ce que tu apportes ##

  • Évaluation des risques dans les domaines suivants : LAA, assurance complémentaire LAA, assurance collective d'indemnités journalières en cas de maladie ainsi qu'assurance-accidents individuelle et assurance-maladie individuelle
  • Analyse de l'évolution des sinistres, des risques sectoriels et des données de portefeuille.
  • Réalisation d'analyses de santé et d'évaluations des risques
  • Définition des directives d'acceptation, des couvertures et des conditions contractuelles.
  • Soutien, conseil et formation technique du propre canal de distribution.Analyse et accompagnement des équipes de vente et des agences générales dans le cadre de solutions clients complexes
  • Validation et calcul des offres, des primes et des conditions contractuelles
  • Adaptation des contrats et traitement des mutations
  • Préparation et mise en œuvre de mesures de gestion du portefeuille.
  • Traitement des déclarations de salaires et des décomptes de primes.
  • Conseil concernant les produits et les directives de souscription (underwriting).

Ton profil ##

  • Diplôme universitaire ou d'une haute école spécialisée, brevet/diplôme de spécialiste en assurances ou formation équivalente dans le domaine de l'assurance
  • Français langue maternelle ; de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand sont souhaitées ; d'autres langues constituent un atout
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la souscription (underwriting) en assurances de personnes, idéalement en assurances accidents et/ou maladie
  • Solides connaissances et expérience dans l'ensemble des thématiques liées aux assurances dociales
  • Aisance dans la négociation
  • Orientation client
  • Méthode de travail autonome et structurée
  • Grande résistance au stress et capacité de décision
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et esprit d'équipe
