Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Assembly & Logistics suchen wir am Standort Baden/Seon eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Warehouse System Manager (m/w/d). Die Rolle ist in der Produktions- und Intralogistik angesiedelt und fokussiert auf SAP EWM/WMS, Prozessverbesserung, Lagerstrategie und KPI-basierte Steuerung.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

Aktive Gestalungsrolle beim Werksaufbau in Seon (Go-Live 2027) Applikation Support Spezialist für das SAP Warehouse-Management Ansprechpartner bei WMS-Systemprobleme Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Einführung von SAP EWM Management der Lagerstrategie / Sicherstellen der Lagerkapazität Definition und Umsetzung der Lagerstrategie 2027+ Auswertung und aktive Steuerung von Lager- und Logistik-KPIs Aufbau eines neuen KPI Dashboards Logistikfachspezialist in Investitions- und Systemprojekten Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und deren Systeme Stammdatencontrolling und Überwachung der operativen Auftragsdaten Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner zu unseren internen und externen Logistikpartnern Schulung der Systembenutzer, inklusive Erstellung von Anwenderhandbüchern

Ihr Hintergrund:

Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH oder eidg. Fachausweis in Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Prozesstechnik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionslogistik sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS) Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP EWM; Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und weiteren Logistiksystemen von Vorteil Tiefes Verständnis für Lager-, Materialfluss- und Intralogistikprozesse in einem industriellen Umfeld Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Auswertung von Kennzahlen und der Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Logistik-, Digitalisierungs- oder Investitionsprojekten Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit Veränderungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit kontinuierlichem Verbesserungsdenken Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
