Dein Verantwortungsbereich ##

  • Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle in der ganzheitlichen Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in der Vermögensplanung und -organisation sowie in der Pensionierungsplanung am Standort Bern
  • Anspruchsvolle und komplexe Beratungskonzepte in den Bereichen Anlagen, Vermögensorganisation und Steueroptimierung entwickelst du selbständig und setzt sie auf höchstem Niveau um
  • Für unsere individuellen Vermögensverwaltungsmandate übernimmst du die kontinuierliche Betreuung und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher
  • Als erfahrene Persönlichkeit übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung, unterstützt den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und wirkst aktiv in der Ausbildung von Mitarbeitenden mit
  • Bei zielgruppenspezifischer Kundenakquisition wie Fachseminaren, Webinaren oder repräsentativen Anlässen trittst du souverän auf und treibst unser Wachstum massgeblich voran

Deine Stärken ##

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Finanzplaner/in, und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Wealth Planning Beratung mit
  • In den Bereichen Anlagen, Pensionierung, Steuern und Finanzierungen verfügst du über ausgewiesene Expertise und entwickelst für anspruchsvolle Kunden massgeschneiderte Lösungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Gestaltungswille sowie eine akquisitionsstarke, aufgestellte und positiv denkende Art zeichnen dich aus und treiben dich an, neue Themen aktiv voranzubringen
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits ein eigenes Kundenbuch im oberen Affluent-Segment geführt und bist in der Lage, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch (Muttersprache); Englisch und weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus
