Senior Wirtschaftsprüfer / Leiter Revision Einführung Die Across Advisory AG ist ein modernes und wachsendes Treuhandunternehmen mit Sitz in Baar. Wir begleiten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ganzheitlich in den Bereichen Treuhand, Unternehmensberatung und Steuerberatung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Wirtschaftsprüfer/Revisionsexperten in Zürich/Baar, der gerne ein neues Team aufbaut und bestehende Mandate pflegt und weiter ausbaut. Deine Aufgaben Aufbau und Leitung unseres Revisionsbereichs Verantwortung als leitender Revisor für eingeschränkte und später auch ordentliche Revisionen Mitwirkung bei der RAB\-Firmenzulassung und beim Aufbau des internen und Betreuung neuer Revisionsmandate Entwicklung digitaler Prüfprozesse mit Cloud\-Tools und Datenanalyse Aufbau und fachliche Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams Identifikation von Potenzialen im bestehenden KMU\-Netzwerk unter konsequenter Einhaltung der Unabhängigkeitsvorgaben Qualifikationen Aktive persönliche RAB\-Zulassung als Revisionsexperte Eidg. Diplom als Wirtschaftsprüfer oder eine gleichwertige, RAB\-anerkannte Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Mandatsleiter in der eingeschränkten und ordentlichen Revision Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach OR sowie der geltenden Unabhängigkeitsvorschriften Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, einen neuen Geschäftsbereich aufzubauen Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Von Vorteil sind ein eigenes Netzwerk im KMU\-Umfeld der Regionen Zug, Zürich oder Zentralschweiz Erfahrung im Teamaufbau sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Prüfwerkzeugen und Datenanalyse.
