Senior Wissenschaftliche:r Mitarbeiter:in 60% ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Dienstleistungsaufträge im stationären oder ambulanten Bereich der Behindertenhilfe, insbesondere Fachberatung und Wissenstransfer für Teams und Institutionen
  • eigenständige Konzeption, Leitung und Durchführung praxisnaher Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte im Themenfeld Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Akquise von Drittmitteln für künftige Forschungsvorhaben
  • bei Eignung und Interesse: Lehrtätigkeit im Bachelor Soziale Arbeit sowie in praxisnahen Weiterbildungsaufträgen

Ihr Profil

  • Promotion oder Masterabschluss in Sonder- oder Heilpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft oder Sozialer Arbeit
  • ausgewiesene Expertise in qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Forschungsmethoden sowie die Bereitschaft, partizipative Forschungsansätze mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrungen in der Planung und Durchführung angewandter Forschungsprojekte
  • praktische und/oder wissenschaftliche Erfahrungen in der Auseinandersetzung mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, idealerweise Erfahrung im Themenfeld Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten bei dieser Personengruppe
  • strukturiertes, effizientes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache sind erwünscht
