Senior Workflow Automation Software Engineer Das wartet auf dich Du entwickelst moderne Workflow\-Automation\-Lösungen mit Flowable, Camunda oder CIB 7, inklusive Prozessmodellierung, Frontend\-/Backend\-Logik, Schnittstellen und Datenintegration Du berätst unsere Kunden rund um Workflow Automation und Prozessdigitalisierung, führst Workshops durch und erstellst fachliche sowie technische Lösungskonzepte In Projekten arbeitest du in einem kleinen Team von 3 bis 6 Personen an einer massgeschneiderten Individuallösung für unsere Kunden Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität, Wartbarkeit, Performance und Security der entwickelten Lösungen Du coachst weniger erfahrene Automation Engineers, lebst Best\-Practices vor und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Delivery\- und Entwicklungsstandards bei Dein Können Abgeschlossene Informatiklehre EFZ oder ein Informatikstudium und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Workflow\-Automation\-Lösungen Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit BPMN 2\.0 Workflow Engines, primär Flowable oder Camunda / CIB 7 Solide Erfahrung in Full\-Stack Entwicklung mit Angular oder React, und Java / Java Boot in einem cloud\-nativen Umfeld Zuverlässige, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem stilsicheren, professionellen Auftreten und Freude an der Kundenberatung Reisebereitschaft, um bei unterschiedlichen Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten Must\-have: Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) Deshalb wirst du mesoneer lieben Flexible, zeitgemässe Arbeitszeitmodelle mit Homeoffice an deinem Geburtstag (zusätzlicher Ferientag) Selbständiges Arbeiten und flache Hierarchien Modernste Arbeitsmittel und Methoden Teamevents und Fun jpid26a6a11jm jit0834jm jiy26jm
