En tant que Serveur/euse tournant au sein de nos restaurants Brasserie 1519 & U-Yama sushi bar, vous accueillez, servez et accompagnerez nos clients avec enthousiasme, professionnalisme et créativité, tout en utilisant des techniques de vente adaptées.

Véritable ambassadeur·rice de l’expérience W, vous contribuez à atteindre les objectifs du service et assurez la propreté et la présentation irréprochable des tables.

Vous contrôlez les additions et facilitez les paiements avec rigueur et fluidité.

Passionné·e par l’art de recevoir, vous créez des moments mémorables et personnalisés pour nos clients, en respectant les standards et en répondant aux besoins de votre Talent Coach.

PROFIL Extraverti·e, dynamique, à l’écoute et empathique. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. La connaissance d’autres langues est un plus. Aime travailler dans une équipe internationale, innovante et audacieuse. Présentation impeccable, reflétant l’image et les valeurs de la marque W. BAC PRO / CFC / BTS Restauration ou au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire. Motivation, passion pour le détail et engagement à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Intérêt pour les valeurs de la marque : goût, son, corps, scène et expression.
