Als führendes Unternehmen im Alpentourismus erschliessen wir den Erlebnisraum in der Jungfrau Region und gestalten ihn aktiv mit. Rund 1'000 Mitarbeitende leben tagtäglich unsere Marke «Top of Europe» und entwickeln die Jungfraubahnen als grösste Bergbahngruppe im Tourismus zu einem integrierten Freizeit\- und Serviceunternehmen weiter. Dort arbeiten, wo andere ihre Winterferien verbringen. Die The Wall Bar auf dem Eigergletscher ist Treffpunkt für Wintersportler:innen aus aller Welt und bietet ein einzigartiges Arbeitsumfeld direkt am Fuss von Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau. Für die Wintersaison vom 14\. Dezember 2026 bis 4\. April 2027 suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Gastfreundschaft lebt, gerne anpackt und gemeinsam mit dem Team für unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse sorgt. Service\-Allrounder:in Deine Aufgaben Gästebetreuung mit Herz: Du empfängst und betreust unsere internationalen Gäste freundlich, aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Beratung \& Verkauf: Du empfiehlst Speisen und Getränke aktiv und sorgst mit gezielten Zusatzverkäufen für ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis. Service \& Inkasso: Du stellst einen professionellen Service sicher und verantwortest das korrekte Inkasso inklusive Tagesabrechnungen. Mise en Place \& Organisation: Du bereitest deinen Arbeitsbereich selbstständig vor und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Tagesablauf bei. Allround\-Einsätze im Betrieb: Du unterstützt bei Bedarf das Küchen\- und Barteam und hilfst dort mit, wo Unterstützung gefragt ist. Qualität \& Sauberkeit: Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Hygiene\-, Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher und sorgst für Ordnung im gesamten Gästebereich. Das bringst Du mit Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, im Service oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Freude am Gästekontakt und ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis. Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in hektischen Situationen. Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Teamfähigkeit und positive Ausstrahlung mit einer offenen Kommunikation. Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
