  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden stellst du die Erreichbarkeit via Telefon, E\-Mail und Ticketingsystem sicher
  • Erfassen, Kategorisieren und Weiterverarbeiten der Anliegen und Tickets
  • Beheben von Störungs\- und Problemfällen im 1st Level Support (Remote)
  • Überwachung der Incident\- und Service Request\-Prozesse
  • Erstellen von Angeboten, Entgegennahme von Bestellungen sowie Einkauf von Geräten und Materialien.
  • Erstellen und Auswerten von Statistiken und Reportings
  • Du baust aktiv relevantes Wissen auf und erweiterst das Knowledge Management, Anleitungen und Checklisten

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
  • Du gehst mit den Microsoft 365 Applikationen versiert um und hast Neugier an weiteren Tools.
  • Als Organisationstalent und Teamplayer bewahrst du auch in hektischen Momenten Ruhe, behältst den Überblick und zeigst Flexibilität.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine präzise Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
  • Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effiziente Lösungen zu finden, sind für dich selbstverständlich.
