Deine Rolle bei uns -------------------

  • Du bist die erste Kontaktperson bei IT\-Anfragen, stehst unseren KMU\-Kunden im 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support zur Verfügung und nimmst bei Bedarf Supporteinsätze bei Kunden vor Ort wahr.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Platform Engineers sowie Solution Architects bei ihren täglichen Arbeiten für unsere Kunden und alle unsere Mitarbeitenden bei internen technischen Anliegen.
  • Du übernimmst für unser Digital Solutions Team Aufgaben in der SharePoint\-Administration sowie im Bereich Microsoft Teams Basic.
  • Du hilfst bei Betriebs\- und Wartungsarbeiten mit, überwachst das Monitoring und die Datensicherungen und setzt dich mit modernsten Technologien auseinander (Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, Copilot und Veeam).
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei internen Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen mit.

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und prozessorientiert mit hohem Service\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, packst gerne mit an und hast Freude daran, Herausforderungen zu lösen und gemeinsam mit einem ambitionierten Team etwas zu bewegen.
  • Du brillierst mit guten Kenntnissen über moderne Systemlösungen im Microsoft\-Umfeld und bringst Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Netzwerken mit.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im ICT\-Bereich (ICT Fachfrau/\-mann, Informatiklehre EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung).
  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Service Desk sammeln.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
