Unsere topmoderne Rehaklinik Limmattal bietet neurologische Rehabilitation als auch Unfallrehabilitation auf hohem medizinischem Niveau. Dank der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und unserer Fachexpertise garantieren wir unseren Patientinnen und Patienten das bestmögliche, individuelle Therapieprogramm. Zur Gewährleistung eines nahtlosen Servicebetriebs und der Zufriedenheit unserer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie unseren Gästen erbringen unsere geschätzten Fachkräfte täglich qualitativ hochstehende und vielfältige Leistungen.

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation: Unterstütze einen effizienten und reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts - dazu gehören der Roomservice, der Speisesaal sowie die Betreuung bei Veranstaltungen
  • Betreuung: Sorge für einen erstklassigen Gästeservice auf der Station und stelle höchste Qualitätsstandards in allen Bereichen sicher
  • Hotelleriekonzept: Sorge für die Einhaltung strenger Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards und optimiere Arbeitsabläufe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Hotellerie
  • Ansprechperson: Stehe als Informationsstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie für weitere Anspruchsgruppen zur Verfügung

 

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ, Service Mitarbeitende EBA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: In der Gastronomie und/oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in Krankenhäusern oder Kliniken
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, hast Freude an der Arbeit mit betagten Menschen, bist belastbar und ein echter Teamplayer
  • Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätze: Du bist flexibel einsetzbar und bereit, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse auf sehr gutem Niveau
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computerprogrammen wie Microsoft Office
