SERVICE\-TECHNIKER "Heizsysteme" (auch für Quereinsteiger, Region Mittelland/Zürich) (w/m)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Operative Verantwortung von spezifischen Inbetriebnahmen von Heiz\-Systemen im zugeteilten Marktgebiet * Koordination und Umsetzung von umfangreichen Störungsbehebungen, Adhoc\-Massnamen und Wartungs\- wie auch Unterhaltsarbeiten in einem vielseitigen Kundenfeld (Privatkunden, Grossbauten, Verwaltungen etc.) * Situative und umfassende Beratung desselben Kundenstammes bei Service\-Verträgen, Ersatzteilen und Zusatzprodukten * Regelmässiger Kontakt mit dem Leitungsteam und dem Vorgesetzten sowie punktuelle Schulung und Weiterbildung im Fachbereich * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Einheiten (Verkauf, Logistik, Technik etc.) sowie Stellvertretung auf gleicher Stufe, Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Spezialprojekten und Veranstaltungen Ihr Profil:

  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik/HLK, Elektro, Mechanik (oder vergleichbar), Weiterbildung fachlich (z. B. Fachmann Wärmesysteme oder TS von Vorteil), Quereinstieg möglich!
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit direktem Kundenkontakt im Service\-Umfeld eines Unternehmens mit technischen Produkten
  • Nachweislicher Leistungsausweis mit Facherfahrung im Bereich von alternativen Energiesystemen, Elektro\-Technik, Gebäude\-Automation oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen wünschenswert
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Französisch, Englisch und/oder Italienisch nicht zwingend jedoch aufwertend
  • Wohnort nach Möglichkeit im Einsatzgebiet (sie arbeiten grösstenteils von zuhause aus), Beherrschung der gängigsten EDV\-Anwendungen (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet etc.)
