Als Mitglied des Bereiches Hotellerie hast Du die Möglichkeit, das Gastgebertum auf den Wohnbereichen mit rund 20 Bewohnern aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei unterstützen wir Dich bei der Weiterentwicklung Deiner persönlichen und fachlichen Kompetenzen und bieten interessante Anstellungsbedingungen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben bei uns

Für unsere Bewohner bist Du der Gastgeber im Stübli, mitten in deren Zuhause. Du begleitest die Bewohner, während dem Abendessen, bei dem Du die Getränke und Speisen servierst. Eng arbeitest Du mit den Kollegen der Pflege zusammen.

Du kümmerst Dich um das Aufdecken, den Abendservice und die allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten. Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Bewohnenden und Nahtstelle zwischen dem Team Pflege und der Küche.

Erfahrung im Service ist wünschenswert. Du bist äusserst dienstleistungsorientiert und bringst eine hohe Selbständigkeit mit. Du bist motiviert diese neu geschaffene Stelle mit zu entwickeln und unser «wir machen’s möglich» ist Deine DNA.
