Wir suchen dich als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) 80-100% als Gastgeber, Organisationstalent und wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst: * Kundenerlebnis-Gestalter/in: Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Auftrag professionell, zuverlässig vorbereitet ist und schaffst damit die Basis für begeisterte Kundinnen und Kunden * Prozess-Optimierer/in: Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail erkennst du Verbesserungspotenziale frühzeitig, denkst mit und bringst unsere Abläufe gemeinsam mit dem Team aktiv voran * Team-Connector/in: Du arbeitest eng mit Service, Werkstatt und Administration zusammen, unterstützt, koordinierst und trägst dazu bei, dass wir als Team erfolgreich sind * Admin-Expert: Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im administrativen Bereich und hilfst mit deiner Arbeit, dass der Garagenbetrieb reibungslos läuft

Das bringst du mit: * Fachausbildung und kaufmännische Expertise: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder automobiltechnischen Bereich sowie Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche und im Umgang mit Kunden * IT- Kenner/-in: Du hast eine Affinität für digitale Prozesse, die virtuelle Kundenkommunikation und die Anwendung von KI-Tools * Mindset-Master: Du bist widerstandsfähig, gehst positiv mit Belastungen um und behältst immer einen positiven Mindset. Deine kundenorientierte Art sowie dein Fachwissen und die Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche machen die perfekte Mischung aus * Fahrprofi: Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B
